Building open-source solutions for online communication, personal data storage, and community building purposes
I was born in 1997 and have lived, studied, and worked in what is known as Toronto, Canada my entire life. I studied Communications and Computer Science in my undergraduate degree at Toronto Metropolitan University, and I graduated in 2022.
My professional experience spans across many different areas because I was always looking to find new learning opportunities and find new areas where I could apply my interpersonal and technical skills. I have held several communication and marketing roles in for-profit and non-profit workplaces where I developed strong skills in copy writing/editing, professional presentations, report writing, social media and outreach, and applied research methods.
I am most passionate about education, healthcare, and building strong communities through participatory communication methods. In my spare time I work on my research projects which relate to data security and accessible communication and I also love to volunteer in many different organizations that align with my interests.
