Professional Communication, Computer Science, and Community Building

About Me

I was born in 1997 and have lived, studied, and worked in the city known as Toronto, Canada my entire life. I studied Communications and Computer Science in my undergraduate degree at Toronto Metropolitan University, and I graduated in 2022.

My professional experience spans across many different areas because I was always looking to find new learning opportunities and find new areas where I could apply my interpersonal and technical skills. I have held several communication and marketing roles in for-profit and non-profit workplaces where I developed strong skills in copy writing/editing, professional presentations, report writing, social media and outreach, and applied research methods.

I am most passionate about education, healthcare, and building strong communities through participatory communication methods. In my spare time I work on my research projects which relate to data security and accessible communication and I also love to volunteer with organizations that align with my interests.

Follow me on the Fediverse

As opposed to legacy social media platforms, fediverse accounts are intentionally designed to communicate with each other.

Imagine being able to follow someone's Twitter account from your Tumblr account, as an overly simple example.

Legacy Social Media

For the accounts that I haven't found suitable self-hosted or fediverse versions of yet.
