I was asked by a former colleague if I could fill in for a short term health leave for the music program since it was brand new and it would be rough on the students to not have an academic advisor for nearly an entire semester

  • Developed new procedures to identify the expectations for the newly formed student council for the music program as well as defining processes for the group to get support from the department or wider university
  • Supported the planning and preparation for several events and meetings which included event promotion, set up, graphic design, and taking minutes
  • Created easy to access resources to make the student experience smoother and more positive for students in the program
