- Researched and implemented new interactive engagement strategies, including regular social media content, a volunteer program, and in-person outreach
- Designed entirely new brand guidelines and content strategy resulting in a 150% increases in event turnout, 70% increase in social media engagement, 120% increase in voter turnout
- Developed and executed a month-long outreach plan for the Annual Membership Meeting, the most important event of the year, which resulted in a near 200% increase in attendance compared to the most attended one in the past decade
